"Tiene el tamaño y la escala que necesitamos. Tiene locomotoras. Tiene extras. Tiene trabajadores cualificados. La imagen en la pantalla será preciosa."
John Box

The climate is continental type, with cold winters and hot summers. Precipitations are abundant in this region. These are aspects that tone down the different landscapes which make up Castilla y León, ranging from cold and green landscapes in winter (February), to golden, and sometimes dry, in summertime (August).

On the other hand, seasons also determine the amount of hours of sunshine: longer days of approx. 14 hours during the summer solstice, and shorter days, about 9 hours of sunshine, during the winter solstice. Relative air humidity varies depending on latitude and season. Its highest values generally coincide with higher latitude, usually located in the northern area of Castilla y León

and are registered during winter. Humidity is lower as latitude descends, more towards the southern area of the region, and during the summer.
